Scott Nolda, Sensei

Starting in 1998, Scott Nolda is a student of Master Jeremy Katarn - Hachi Dan at the "St. Peters Karate Studio" in St. Peters Missouri.  He trained there for about 6 months when he was forced to move to California.

Here is where he meet Kyle Stubert, Go Dan in Kenkyukai Jutai Taijutsu.  He would train with this new art for 7 months and earned his 3rd Kyu before being moved with his family back to Missouri.

Soon after this, he was moved again back to St. Charles Missouri where he became enrolled in "The Bushido Dojo", now known as the "Rising Sun Martial Arts Studio" and began training again in Isshin Ryu Karate.  Here he was put under the apprenticeship of Brian Little, Shechi Dan in 2001. Finally, in 2002 he was awarded his black belt at age 14.

Since then, he has earned his Shodan and Nidan at Rising Sun, then began to train in Downtown St. Louis at the "Ki Society for Japanese Martial Arts" under Sensei Richard Harnack.  He now holds a 4th Degree black belt in Isshin Ryu, one of the youngest 4th degree black belts in his dojo. He has also gone one to earn his Shodan in Ju Tai Taijutsu, which he has trained in for a total of 3 years.  He has trained in many different styles of martial arts along side his black belt training.
